This guy was guarding a long waiting line at the Croissan’Time in Fort Lauderdale. The sign below said Please, Wait Here, so we did. We got some great looking pastries and baguettes to welcome the New Year with great tasting food.

I bet you never heard of it. Shown above on the left side of the plate. It is an Oriental seafood specialty that tastes like any other clam, but the shape is uncommon. The name comes from the shape of the traditional style shaving razor.
