Spiky shrimp

This is a variation of a bacon wrapped scallop.
Wrap raw, deveined, medium large shrimp in a half a strip of thick, raw sliced bacon. Stab two of these on a skewer. Grill three to five minutes or until the shrimp is pink outside and opaque inside. It is best to grill it on a flat plate instead of gridded grill, otherwise the bacon will burn.

Serve immediately. It tastes best while still hot.
Delicious and superior in boosting bad cholesterol.
