Lobster potato
I like potatoes in any form. This is the latest one. Baked IDAHO potato with fresh mozzarella sprinkled with a bit of paprika for color. I ate it with some soy milk to prevent chocking and hiccups. Maybe I am allergic to the lobster shape, not the lobster meat.
Almond Toast and coffee
For the second time today I had to have my favorite Stella D’Oro Almond Toast and coffee.

Thanksgiving Florida style

Leftover Swedish balls
This are leftovers from yesterday – still yummy.
Last night my wife told me to cook the Swedish Meatballs, bought at IKEA. My kids supposed to like to eat them.
This meal is extremely easy. Put the frozen meatballs (they are cooked already) on ungreased cookie sheet, heat for 10 minutes. Meatballs done.
