Baguette wheels

They happened to just stand there together.
I buy the baguettes at a certain local Publix. Not all bakeries make this bread as close to the original French version. You can get the original baguettes and other delicious French food at Croissan'Time in Fort Lauderdale. Thay have another interesting bread called epi.

"French food laws define bread as a product containing only the following four ingredients: water, flour, yeast, and common salt. The addition of any other ingredient to the basic recipe requires the baker to use a different name for the final product."
It is interesting to see that there would be a law protecting the common product like bread. Read more about it at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baguette
